After a long hiatus I thought I would get back to the blog with a few shots of last night's spectacular aurora. Shots were taken on the Isle of Lewis at Vatisker beach looking towards Tolsta.

Wow those are amazing. I just saw in my local morning paper that we'd even had such skies here in southwest Sweden one night this week. (Usually only much further north.) Photos published were from the surrounding countryside though, I guess not so obvious in the city...
ReplyDeleteNo, even in the relatively small town here they were not really visible due to the light pollution.
